Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are free of charge under the following conditions:

1. The product is damaged.
   

2. The product received is different from the original order.
   

For returns or exchanges requested under other conditions, shipping fees may apply.

• Non-returnable products: Undergarments (lingerie, socks), groceries (except if damaged, defective, or incorrect), and pet food.
  

• Digital products: Not returnable or refundable.
  

• For eligible returns/exchanges, items must be in their original condition with packaging, warranty cards, and catalogues included.
  

• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
  

• Refunds will be processed within 7–14 days of receiving the returned product.
  

Klick Bazaar reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions with a 30-day notice period.
